What is your tent deposit policy?
We do require a 50% non refundable deposit to hold a tent for your special event. We do require a rain call 48 hours before the day of your event to ensure we can put teams in place to install this tent.
What does the labor charge include?
The labor charge is for our warehousing and maintenance of our equipment to ensure that a high quality product is brought to you for your special event.
Does Ranco offer payments plans?
A 50% non refundable deposit is due to secure your reservation and balance to be paid before your event.
Does the delivery fee include set up?
In most cases, we try to set up all equipment. We ask that a diagram and point of contact is available to supervise placement of our equipment. Our goal is to provide top notch service with all of our rental items.
If I rent a high quantity of equipment will it give me a discount?
We will review this on a case by case basis.
Will I be expected to clean the equipment before I return it?
We ask that all china, glassware, flatware, and serving pieces are rinsed free of food. Linens should be free of wax, food, trash, and bagged in our linen bags or clear trash bags.
